Cancellation Policy

Because we are in a service industry, our stylists, nail technicians, and spa professionals rely on earning their living from appointments scheduled by our guests. As such, we ask that each appointment reserved online be guaranteed with a credit card on file through our secure site. Your card will not be charged at this time; it is only to guarantee your reservation.

We also understand that life happens and you may on occasion need to change or cancel an appointment. We require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice when this is necessary. That allows us to offer your reservation to a guest who may be on our waiting list.

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us the courtesy of calling in advance so that we can inform your service provider and ensure that there is time to complete your service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment (unless you call in advance), you will be considered a “no show” and a cancellation fee may apply. If you completely “no show” for a scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee which is 50% of the service scheduled and your card will automatically be charged.

Our cancellation policy requires that all guests change or cancel an appointment at least 24–48 hours in advance. When you don’t change or cancel an appointment in advance, a significant block of time is left open on your service provider’s schedule which could have been filled by another guest.

Our cancellation policy is such that if you “no show” for an appointment, you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the service that was scheduled. You will also be required to have a credit card on file prior to any future appointments. If you are scheduling a color service, a deposit of $75 will be required prior to booking and you must call the salon to make your reservation. If you “no show” the second scheduled appointment, you will forfeit any deposit made.
